Helmswood Barn, a tale of two properties

Helmswood Barn has been converted to provided two independent holiday cottages.

We are a destination for lovers of the great outdoors, hikers, walkers dog lovers.  We have welcomed those looking for somewhere to work for the week in the tranquil surroundings or simply those looking for a relaxing break.

Our feedback suggests most items you need to have a great stay with us have been made available.

The traditional dry stone wall around our large shared garden also provides access to a private paddock.  There is an orchard on site where pet exercise and fun is encouraged.

Secure cycle storage can be accommodated upon request

Broadband is provided by B4RN, it is fibre optic.  We have installed top of the range mesh enabled wi-fi extenders throughout Helmswood Barn.  As a result of this investment guests have been very satisfied with the ability to access digital services.
